A survival experience in which you must conceal yourself from the hospital’s patients within the security room. The protagonist is a dedicated pacifist, armed solely with a flashlight, CCTV surveillance, a door management system, and alarms to aid in enduring the night. Patients will exert every effort to reach the guard, and your mission is to obstruct them by shutting doors in their path and diverting their focus from tracking you using all means at your disposal. The gameplay spans five nights. During each shift, you are pursued by frantic hospital patients, and your goal is to keep them out of the security room equipped with your tools. If any adversary reaches you, the level will restart. As you navigate the building between chapters, you can investigate the clinic and uncover hidden secrets. With every new shift, you will explore deeper into the hospital’s mysteries and uncover everything that management has chosen to conceal from you. There are numerous notes, medical records, reports, and unmailed letters scattered throughout the building that can illuminate the clinic’s secrets. You can access all rooms if you demonstrate ingenuity! However, once you pick up the walkie-talkie, the game will enter survival mode, and the security room will remain locked until seven in the morning, with CCTV cameras serving as your eyes.
